I looked and looked for an ROV matching this description and could not find one. It even appears to change shape and jet off when it notices its being filmed, not uncommon in this community.
I searched extensively for an ROV that fits this description but couldn’t find any. Interestingly, it seems to change shape and dart away when it realizes it’s being recorded, which isn’t unusual in this field.
