Recommendations for some dynamic, in-depth videos interviews/discussions?

Looking for recommendations for engaging and insightful video interviews or discussions! I’ve gotten through a lot of documentaries and podcasts lately, but I’m struggling to stay focused because most of them feel unbalanced. Typically, one person dominates the conversation while the other just responds without diving deeper—often leading to a lot of surface-level dialogue. My interest starts to fade, even at double speed.

I’m open to anything at this stage. Extra points if the content features a woman or someone from a diverse background. And I’m all for some unconventional or “woo woo” topics—bring it on!
