Subject: Drones Spotted Over Bend, Oregon?

I witnessed two drones flying past Caldera High School in Bend, Oregon. I believe they were drones since they didn’t show up on flight radar and didn’t act like planes. I’m not an expert, but this was a new experience for me. About a month ago, I also noticed something unusual over the school—a hovering “plane” that seemed to be observing a white sphere beneath a cloud formation. I managed to capture a video of that too.
