Mysterious Object Spotted Flying in Nevada

I observed an unusual object gliding with the wind from my vantage point over 6,000 ft up. It appeared to be at a similar altitude.
The shape reminded me of a pinwheel, featuring two curved green sections and two curved brown ones, all connected by thin arms.
Initially, I thought it might be some sort of party or weather balloon, but the shape just doesn’t add up. Could it be a fictional character? Or perhaps a drone with an oddly designed body?
