Sighting: In 1971, my younger sister and I witnessed a UFO hovering above the redwood trees.

Now at 70 years old, the memory remains vivid for both of us—I was 16 at the time, and she was 13. The craft hovered above a redwood, seemingly observing or collecting samples. It was adorned with lights and appeared to be aware of us before it shot off to the east at an incredible speed, all without making a sound.
