I’m sharing my experience of a typical UFO sighting paired with a four-hour encounter with a peculiar “hum.” I live in the San Luis Valley, which I’ve come to realize is a hotspot for paranormal activities. Around 7:30 PM, I was with a few others when we witnessed two orbs of white light being pursued by a military aircraft over the Rio Grande Gorge to the north. As I followed the orbs while the military craft trailed them, I suddenly saw the orbs dematerialize from sight in an instant. I had a similar sighting about ten years earlier while at a hot spring further south.
A couple of weeks later, after sharing my sighting on a well-known conspiracy forum, a stranger commented that they experienced “rumbling” sounds after witnessing UFOs. I didn’t think much of it at the time, but I was about to face an unsettling surprise.
Just two nights later, I found myself enveloped in a low frequency “rumbling” that felt like it was emanating from deep within the earth. It was hard to pinpoint where this vibration was coming from, as it seemed to surround me. The experience was profoundly unsettling, and I’m grateful that I haven’t encountered it again since that night.
I’m still unsure why the hum happened to me after twelve years of silence. This is my experience, and while it may seem ordinary or underwhelming to some, it profoundly affected me.
