Remember all those “spot lights” that were happening all over the country and world that all the sudden just stopped?

Do you remember all those “spotlight” sightings that were happening across the country and the globe, and then suddenly disappeared? I haven’t seen anything similar in the skies above my home in southeastern Michigan lately, but I distinctly recall the flurry of posts when drones first started gaining popularity. Every time someone shared footage of those lights in the sky, the skeptics jumped in, insisting they were just spotlights. Yet, we haven’t heard from them since. So what’s the deal? Hundreds of people worldwide coordinated to shine spotlights in the sky for a few nights, and then it all just stopped?

  1. It’s interesting to consider the sudden disappearance of those “spot lights” and how the conversation surrounding them shifted. It does raise questions about the phenomena and why they were happening in the first place. Your observation about the skeptics who dismissed them as just spotlights is valid; it seems like when something doesn’t fit neatly into their explanation, some people lose interest or move on. Maybe it’s worth exploring what changed — were people just experimenting with new tech, or was there something more intriguing going on? The fact that so many people were participating suggests there was a genuine curiosity or excitement. It would be fascinating to hear from those who were involved; what drove them to take part, and what do they think happened?
