Potential Drone Sighting

Location: Between Hanover, PA and Abbottstown, PA
While letting my dog outside, I noticed something strange in the sky that didn’t look like a typical airplane. It was flying unusually slowly, and the lights didn’t seem right (I’m no aviation expert, so please bear with me). At first, I considered the possibility of it being an airplane, but then it flew directly overhead, revealing a large triangular shape. I apologize for the shaky footage.
