CE5: My Experience and a Guide

My CE5 Journey: A Personal Account and Guide

Hi there! I’m an amateur CE5 enthusiast sharing my experiences and a practical guide at the end of this post. Please understand I’m not a professional or an expert—just someone eager to share what I’ve learned.

I first began my CE5 journey on May 4, 2024, after stumbling upon Steven Greer’s documentary, “Close Encounters of The Fifth Kind.” I was initially skeptical, but instead of dismissing it outright, I decided to try it for myself to see if it held any truth.

Quick Summary: Spoiler alert: it does!

Before diving into my experiences, I want to address a few common questions:

  1. Do you need Greer’s app?
No. The meditations and audio resources I relied on are readily available on YouTube, which I’ll link later.

  2. Did you attend his expensive retreats?
No. I conducted my sessions solo in my backyard in rural Arizona, so there’s no need to pay anything.

  3. Is this like using a Ouija board? Are there risks involved?
Not in my experience. A crucial part of CE5 is setting clear intentions beforehand, which I believe acts as a safeguard.

  4. Did you purchase the app?
I did initially. However, I later realized that you can achieve the same results without it, as the core meditations are available for free on YouTube.

  5. Do you have any photographic or video evidence?
Unfortunately, no. My budget smartphone does not perform well in low light, so capturing evidence has been challenging.

  6. How effective is CE5?
I’ve observed an 80-90% success rate. It is generally more effective in groups, but I’ve yet to test that personally.

With these questions out of the way, let me share a couple of significant experiences during my daily CE5 sessions, as well as a notable dream.

If my experiences sound too far-fetched for you, feel free to skip straight to the guide!

Experience 1: On May 8, 2024, during my fifth night of CE5 meditation, I found myself in a deep, relaxed state. Suddenly, I heard a high-pitched “zing” in my right ear, followed by whispers and crunching footsteps in the dry desert brush nearby. Initially, I thought it might be an animal, but the sounds drew closer.

When I opened my eyes, I was stunned to see a massive, bright white object in the western sky—around 200 feet long—frozen in time. After about 10-30 seconds, it shot off at a steep angle and vanished, only to be followed by a bright flash.

Experience 2: On May 7, 2024, while meditating, I noticed three orange orbs in a triangle formation slowly drifting from south to north in the western sky. I attempted to take a picture, but they vanished as I raised my phone. This happened repeatedly over the span of about 20-30 minutes until they finally disappeared for good.

In subsequent months, most of my CE5 experiences resembled orbs similar to those reported in New Jersey, so you might consider those initial sightings a fluke.

The Dream: Late October 2024, after going to bed, I recall vividly waking up with my dog wanting to go outside. I let him out through the front door and noticed a small glowing orange orb hovering a few feet off the ground in my backyard. Excited, I turned to call my roommate to come see, but when I turned back, the orb was right in front of me, translucent and glowing.

Intrigued, I stared at it until it moved forward and phased into my head, creating a strange pressure that wasn
