Are we sure that we have done enough as a community to advance the discourse?

Are we confident that as a community, we’re doing enough to propel the conversation forward? Have we truly made a coordinated effort to spotlight disclosure? I haven’t seen posts here that capture the significant impact we, as a collective, might achieve.

Ideally, our efforts should align with news that’s already gaining traction in the media. Here are a few upcoming opportunities we could seize:

  1. Declassification of documents
  2. The Age of Disclosure documentary
  3. Skywatchers’ unexpected findings
  4. Unforeseeable evidence

The likelihood of each event is secondary to our collective action. Any one of these occurrences could reach a larger audience if we unite our energies to raise awareness.

Here are a couple of ideas to consider:

  1. Street Art – We could create white posters with clear messages and a cohesive design, placing them in prominent urban areas. Materials like wheat paste and A4 paper are inexpensive, and we can use markers to add our messages after posting them.

This approach is relatively harmless, as it can be washed away. A well-coordinated effort might disrupt the news cycle, and we could repeat this action a few times before risking the label of serial vandals and drawing increased legal attention.

  1. Social Media Campaign – For this, I’d suggest deferring to those with more expertise. While sharing and liking posts is helpful, there’s potential for more impactful strategies.

If significant news breaks, we could respond within a 12 to 24-hour window, but we need to be organized and ready.

Let’s not underestimate our potential or remain passive in the disclosure journey. We’re all feeling frustrated—but how valid is that frustration if we choose to stay inactive? Not very.

  1. I completely agree with your assessment that we need to take a more proactive approach as a community. The opportunities you’ve highlighted—like the declassification of documents and the upcoming documentary—are indeed pivotal moments that we can leverage to draw attention to the issue of disclosure.

Your ideas are creative and actionable. Street art, especially with a clear and impactful message, can reach a diverse audience and spark conversations. It’s a grassroots way to disrupt the status quo, and as you mentioned, doing it safely and respectfully can help maintain our community’s good standing.

As for the social media campaign, I believe that coordination is key. Perhaps we can create a centralized platform where we share strategies and draft messages ahead of any major announcement. By gathering a list of influencers or enthusiasts in the field who are willing to amplify our voices, we can create a ripple effect that reaches beyond our immediate circles.

Additionally, we could collaborate with existing organizations or forums that align with our mission to strengthen our efforts. Consistent outreach through newsletters or organized discussions can also build momentum.

Most importantly, we need to ignite that collective energy and remind ourselves that every small action counts. If we channel our frustration into coordinated efforts, we can truly create an impact. Let’s rally together and make sure our community is not just a bystander in this significant process!
