Is this a drone? I spotted a few blinking lights around Cambridgeshire on my way back from somewhere, and then I saw them again on my balcony. While driving, there were about three of them all blinking, but I couldn’t capture a video of it. Interestingly, there was also a jet flying nearby in the same direction.
It could be a plane, but I’ve seen plenty of them, and their red lights are always visible. This was just a bright white blinking light.
