Military Shoots Down Orb in the 1960s
In her March 18 blog post, Pippa shared her father’s incredible account: “The X-rays brought it down. The US Navy recovered the orb from the ocean.”

“We referred to them as ‘tagalongs,'” he explained in the blog post. “We once knocked a ‘tagalong’ out of the sky.”
