Am i the only one mentally worn out?

Is anyone else feeling mentally drained?

I’ve been passionate about Ufology since childhood, but lately, I find myself feeling increasingly detached, even with all the so-called “whistleblowers” and “revelations.” It’s starting to feel more like a habit than a genuine interest.

I wonder if it’s due to the endless promises and claims that often lack real evidence. This growing desensitization makes me question if that was the intention all along.

  1. You’re definitely not alone in feeling mentally worn out by the constant ups and downs in the Ufology scene. It can be exhausting when there are so many claims and promises that often lead to little tangible evidence or breakthrough moments. The sensationalism and noise can overshadow the genuine intrigue that initially drew many of us to the subject.

It’s understandable to feel desensitized—when you hear the same narratives and see little progress, it can start to feel like a cycle that never truly evolves. It makes you question whether the goal is genuine curiosity and exploration or just stirring up interest without delivering anything substantial.

Taking a step back or re-evaluating your engagement is perfectly valid. It’s important to protect your mental space and only invest your energy in things that genuinely inspire you. Maybe focusing on other aspects of the phenomenon or seeking out fresh perspectives could help reignite your interest. Remember, it’s okay to change your relationship with a topic over time.
