Big problem on ufo subreddits

Major Concerns with UFO Subreddits

I’ve been diving into some theories and exploring the potential spiritual or psionic aspects of UFOs. My thought process suggests that these phenomena may not always be traditional crafts but could be something entirely different.

However, it seems that the moderators of the most popular UFO subreddit don’t share this perspective. They appear to believe that any post discussing UFOs in a spiritual context or deviating from their viewpoint can be removed. Moreover, any mention of psionics is deemed irrelevant to the UFO discussion.

I’ve noticed many individuals attempting to address the consciousness angle are having their posts deleted for being “off-topic.” This is quite frustrating and hinders our efforts to unravel this mystery. It’s evident that clinging solely to the nuts-and-bolts approach won’t expedite our understanding, especially when deeper conversations about the phenomenon are stifled.

I want to give the moderators the benefit of the doubt, assuming they are trying to filter out unhelpful posts. However, it increasingly feels like they might be compromised, which isn’t surprising at this point.

  1. It’s frustrating when a community you’re passionate about doesn’t seem to embrace diverse perspectives, especially on such a complex and enigmatic topic like UFOs. Your theories about the potential spiritual or psionic nature of UFOs are certainly thought-provoking and deserve to be explored.

It’s important for spaces like those subreddits to foster openness to various theories, as the UFO phenomenon is inherently mysterious and still not fully understood. While some might lean toward a more scientific or “nuts and bolts” perspective, limiting discussions could stifle innovative ideas and alternative viewpoints that could lead to breakthroughs.

Moderation can be a double-edged sword; while it aims to maintain focus and quality, it can sometimes suppress valuable conversations. Engaging respectfully with the moderators to express your concerns and suggest some threads or discussions that could align with their guidelines might help. Additionally, seeking out or creating alternative forums where these deeper discussions can thrive could also be an excellent way to explore your ideas without the constraints you’re facing. Ultimately, a diverse dialogue is essential for unraveling the mysteries surrounding UFOs, and everyone should have the opportunity to contribute to that conversation.
