I met Tom Delonge and Luis Elizondo and these are my thoughts.

Exploring the Intersection of Military Intelligence and Unidentified Aerial Phenomena: A Personal Account

In the realm of national security and extraterrestrial mysteries, few stories are as compelling—and as sensitive—as firsthand accounts from individuals within the intelligence community. Today, I want to share a detailed, personal narrative that sheds light on interactions with prominent figures involved in UFO research and government investigations. While these insights are rooted in my experiences as a former U.S. Army Counterintelligence Agent, I emphasize that these observations do not represent official government positions or policies.

Disclaimer and Context

Having spent over a decade in military intelligence, I recognize the complex reputation often associated with the U.S. intelligence community and its relationship to UFO phenomena. My goal here is to recount events honestly and transparently, based solely on my personal experiences and perceptions. I do not purport to provide definitive evidence or conclusions about the existence or origin of unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP).

The Journey Begins: An Introduction to Key Figures

My journey into this topic started around Thanksgiving 2018. During a discussion about Project Stargate—a classified program exploring remote viewing—I was introduced to a retired Counterintelligence (CI) colonel. Our conversation naturally progressed toward the subject of UFOs, prompting a colleague to ask if I’d ever heard of Luis Elizondo, a former Army CI officer known for his involvement in U.S. government UFO investigations.

He suggested I look into Elizondo’s claims and videos, asserting a level of trust based on shared military backgrounds. Intrigued, I conducted my own research, eventually discovering Elizondo’s association with To The Stars Academy (TTSA), an organization advocating for UFO disclosure.

Initial Contact and Conversations

Acting on curiosity, I reached out to TTSA, identifying myself as a former CI agent interested in discussing UAPs. Within 24 hours, I engaged in a lengthy phone call with Luis Elizondo. His responses to my questions offered some insights:

  • When asked about the credibility of classified videos, he indicated that even more compelling footage exists beyond what has been publicly released.

  • Regarding the status of AATIP (Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program), he confirmed it remains operational.

  • He expressed willingness to facilitate employment opportunities for investigative roles related to AATIP.

A Clinton-packed Meeting at the Pentagon

In late January 2019, I was invited to a meeting at the Gateway Marriott near the Pentagon, arranged by Elizondo.
