Effort to get CLASSIFIED UAP Report Released UPDATE

Progress Update on the Release of the Classified UAP Report

In a recent development, efforts to unveil a classified report related to Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) are progressing at a faster pace than initially anticipated. This case, managed under the Military Disclosure Request (MDR) process per 32 CFR § 1704, is not governed by the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) provisions under 5 U.S.C. § 552, which often complicate and delay disclosure processes.

Currently, the targeted document is undergoing a review phase, with active coordination underway among various government agencies to facilitate transparency. Encouragingly, as of early this morning, there is a hopeful outlook that some portion of the report could be released within the next six weeks—significantly sooner than the typical years-long timelines frequently associated with such disclosures.

It is important to recognize that these processes are inherently dynamic and subject to change. While every update will be based on the most reliable information and best estimates available, delays and procedural adjustments are always possible due to varying logistical and bureaucratic factors.

I am committed to providing ongoing updates as the situation develops. Your understanding and patience are appreciated, and I will continue to keep the community informed to the best of my ability.

Stay tuned for further news, and thank you for your interest in this important matter.
