Our group consisted of four friends who had been hiking across various trails in the forest during Thursday and Friday, mainly during daylight hours. On Friday, as we approached Clark’s Summit, the nature of our experience took an inexplicable turn.

The Encounter Begins

While trekking along a familiar trail, we all began to drift off course unexpectedly. When I questioned one of our friends about drifting off the trail, she remarked that she was hearing a woman speaking nearby, and emphasized that the voice sounded extremely close. Strangely, none of the rest of us detected any other sounds. She insisted that it sounded like a woman calling for help, and her concern prompted us to consider investigating.

Despite our apprehension—especially because it was approaching dusk—we only moved about 300-400 meters off the main trail. After walking for approximately 15 to 20 minutes, we found ourselves completely disoriented; the trail seemed to vanish in all directions. Not only that, but I began to feel dizzy and lightheaded, which my companions confirmed they experienced as well. It was as if the environment itself had been altered or moved us to an unfamiliar location.
