Possible Drone Sighting

Location: Between Hanover, PA, and Abbottstown, PA
While I was letting my dog out, I noticed something unusual in the sky. At first, it didn’t seem to resemble a typical airplane; it was flying at a slower speed, and the lights looked different (please excuse my lack of aviation knowledge). I initially thought it might be an aircraft until it flew directly overhead, revealing a large triangular shape. I apologize for the shaky footage—please make sure to watch until the end!
