Age of Disclosure 2nd Screening Cast Commentary (Captions)

Cast Commentary from the Second Screening of Age of Disclosure

After the first screening of Age of Disclosure, the cast’s commentary was shared on Twitter, featuring a QR code that linked to a live captioning service. I utilized a browser script to capture the commentary captions from the second screening. Here’s a summary of their insightful discussion:

Behind the scenes to make this happen.

Right. Thank you.

Thank you!

Yes, much appreciated.

Being born in East Texas, sharing this moment here at South by Southwest means a lot to me. Thank you.

Yup!

Some years ago, I opened my eyes for the first time in East Texas, and hopefully, many of you did too.

Awesome!

Thank you.

I want to highlight that you saw everything on screen. I’ve spent countless hours briefing Congress and various government branches about these issues. I even provided them with specific locations to witness advanced technology firsthand—and they were denied access.

With your support and awareness, it’s crucial to push your representatives, the executive branch, and the president to shed light on this. We need transparency so the world can grasp the real challenges we face—because we are not alone.

Yes, thank you! Are you both—thank you very much.

Building on that, it’s alarming that Congress, our elected officials who should have access, are being denied information. What concerns you most about the current situation regarding this?

That’s a loaded question. Having spent years deeply involved with the UAP issue, my role was to foresee and prevent technological surprises to maintain our edge in innovation and security.

The film discusses a covert conflict. Just imagine if one of our rivals—like Russia or China—unlocks this technology before we do—it would be game over.

A frightening thought indeed. Brett, as the former head of aviation security on the White House National Security Council and a representative on the UAP task force, do you think we’re underestimating flight safety concerns?

Absolutely. Take the drone situation, for example. In Texas, drones are used for Walmart deliveries, but this has been a longstanding issue for 80 years. With national security tied to our airspace, any unidentified aircraft poses a risk, and we must establish a reporting system.

The FAA is making some progress, but there are communication gaps within government agencies that need to be addressed. The public must engage in the conversation.

Especially in commercial aviation. As a pilot, there’s a fear of reporting injuries due to the potential impact on careers. Now consider spotting an unexplainable object over Texas or Nebraska—the same fear applies.

Dan and Jay have called out government officials who have witnessed these events. They are pushing for change, and I’m consistently engaging with Congress. This should be a bipartisan issue, and we need your involvement too.

Thank you.

Can you elaborate on the bipartisan aspect of this?

Certainly. Crises tend to unite us, like 9/11 or World War II. The film highlights that we teeter on the brink of a catastrophe if we remain uninformed and don’t communicate effectively.

When it comes to the technology involved, it’s transformative—potentially providing clean energy and more. These are issues humanity can rally behind. Our elected representatives must recognize the benefits for all American citizens.

I’ve never seen a topic that has catalyzed such intense discussions, even behind closed doors.

This is bigger than just the U.S.; it concerns the whole world and humanity.

Absolutely. Speaking of the scientific implications, Hal and Eric, regarding UAP energy sources and their potential for both clean energy and weapons—do you think humanity can manage that responsibility?

Yes, I believe we can handle it. Dan’s efforts to encourage us all to come forward are a significant step forward.

I recall Ed Teller’s observation about atomic energy development during the

  1. It sounds like the cast commentary from the second screening of Age of Disclosure was a powerful and engaging discussion. The emphasis on transparency, the need for public engagement, and the potential for groundbreaking technologies certainly resonated throughout the exchanges. It’s striking that even government officials were reportedly restricted from accessing crucial information about UAP phenomena—highlighting a need for systemic change in how these matters are handled.

The notion that this issue transcends party lines and is a potential unifier is also intriguing. Crises have historically brought people together, and this topic could be a catalyst for significant change. Additionally, the perspectives shared about UAP technology possibly leading to both clean energy and weapons of mass destruction add a layer of complexity to the conversation—underscoring the importance of responsible discourse and open collaboration in handling such powerful knowledge.

The call to action for the audience to share their thoughts through social media and discussions with friends is a great way to foster community awareness. It’s clear that Age of Disclosure strives to ignite a conversation about these pressing issues, and the commitment from the cast and crew to push for transparency and collaboration is commendable. I’m eager to see how public engagement unfolds in response to this film!
