Three Personal Suspected UFO Sightings
I wanted to share three experiences I’ve had that might have been UFO sightings.
Timing: 2021, 2024, 2025 — all occurring between 7 PM and 11 PM when the sky was completely dark.
Locations: Phoenix, AZ; Surprise, AZ.
Surprise, 2021 (Approx. 6-7 PM)
While riding in the front passenger seat of my dad’s truck on our way to my grandparents’ house for dinner, we were just around the corner when my dad pointed out some lights above us. I looked up to see three bright white lights arranged in a triangle: two on the bottom and one above. The lights seemed to emanate from an object, which I perceived as oval or egg-shaped. It was hard to tell for sure, but it felt solid. At the time, my grandparents lived near an Air Force base, and I often saw various lights moving in the sky that looked like aircraft, but this sighting stood out. The lights appeared to be right above the street lights as we drove, suspended in the air. There was an eerie silence—no noise at all—and the object was not high in the sky but hovered just above the street lights. It didn’t move at all; it was as if it was frozen in place. This entire encounter lasted about 5-8 seconds, and as we drove underneath the lights, I leaned over the dashboard to snap a picture, only to find they had vanished. This was the sighting that left me most convinced it was a UFO.
October 7, 2024 (Surprise, 8:49 PM)
On my drive home from my wife’s house, I spotted three bright lights in the sky over Western Phoenix. Similar to my previous encounter, these lights appeared suspended in the air. While this could potentially be explained as planes, I’m not entirely certain—they definitely felt “off.” I have a video and some photos from that night. It was curious because, after driving for about 30 minutes without seeing anything unusual, I was startled to notice these lights, especially given that the planes and helicopters I saw that evening didn’t exhibit the same stillness or brightness. February 2025 (Phoenix, Approx. 7 PM – 9 PM)
At my wife’s house, we observed a sort of transparent, circular illumination moving across the sky. The atmosphere was quite foggy that evening, which may have obscured the object in the distance, but its movement was unusual—very smooth and a bit faster than the typical airplanes we commonly see during nighttime. Other planes had lights that were somewhat discernable, but their glow was nowhere near as bright as what we witnessed. We both agreed that this sighting was peculiar, yet we’re still unsure what we really saw that night.
