With the recent revelations from Barber, we’ve discovered the intriguing concept of psionic assets being capable of summoning UAPs in the sky. However, has Barber or his team suggested whether these psionic abilities can also be used to summon USOs (unidentified submerged objects)? If we entertain the idea that such summoning is indeed feasible, I\u2019m eager to learn what has been done in this area regarding psionic assets and USOs.
