Danny Sheehan Says He\u2019s Been Approached to Draft a Criminal RICO Case Against the Program<\/strong><\/p>\n

In a recent interview, Danny Sheehan revealed, “I\u2019ve been asked to draft a complaint under the federal criminal racketeering act against these individuals. I\u2019m currently in communication with high-level officials in the Justice Department and the FBI who are prepared to pursue criminal prosecution against them. This will certainly instill a sense of fear in them.”<\/p>\n

This statement is particularly noteworthy given Sheehan\u2019s history leading the landmark Iran-Contra RICO case against CIA and State Department officials. That case was extensive, involving dozens of lawyers and private investigators and hundreds of depositions. Ultimately, Sheehan uncovered the executive branch’s involvement in drug and arms smuggling to finance an illegal coup in Nicaragua, resulting in convictions for several notable figures, including Oliver North. When Sheehan indicates he is working on a RICO case, it warrants serious consideration.<\/p>\n

Additionally, Sheehan possesses the connections necessary to drive this initiative forward. His organization contributed to whistleblower protections for Tim Burchett, and it was recognized in the UAPDA for its role in nominating members to the review panel. Furthermore, his law firm is already representing Elizondo and other whistleblowers. There\u2019s also a notable moment captured in a photo of Sheehan at RFK Jr.’s house during Thanksgiving, where he mentioned discussing disclosure efforts.<\/p>\n
