To my surprise, there was a floating object nearby that appeared to be spinning or rotating in an unusual pattern. It looked like it was shrinking and then expanding again. <\/p>\n<p>I couldn&#8217;t determine its exact height, but I\u2019d estimate it was around 300 feet up. The object seemed to drift slightly westward, but it didn&#8217;t appear to rise any higher than it was.
