Initially, I thought it was another aircraft. As we approached Chicago, the light shifted to our 11 o\u2019clock position and appeared higher in the sky. I recorded the first video at that point, which shows my location and altitude. I tracked the light for approximately 45 minutes to an hour, observing it move from my 9 o\u2019clock to my 4 o\u2019clock.<\/p>\n<p>If I had to estimate, the object was cruising at an altitude of 50,000 to 60,000 feet and was moving very quickly, seemingly crossing the Great Lakes in just a few minutes. <\/p>\n<p>It appeared as two white lights, one of which was pulsating, and the lighting did not resemble that of a typical aircraft, even when viewed through binoculars.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, we didn\u2019t see anything on TCAS, and ATC had no detection of it either.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m curious: what could this have been?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"entry-summary\">\nWhat Did I Spot Over Lake Michigan?
