Normally, I can attribute these to airplanes heading to and from the airport, but on this occasion, I noticed several stationary lights. Initially, I assumed they were stars, but then I witnessed an orb suddenly appear out of nowhere and rapidly descend. This light wasn&#8217;t moving horizontally, ruling out both airplanes and Starlink satellites. It wasn&#8217;t a shooting star either, as I saw it alter its trajectory just before it dropped. The video quality is low, resulting in glare that makes it hard to capture stars. Moreover, no airplanes crashed in Atlanta that day, so it can\u2019t be attributed to an aircraft malfunction. The light source distinctly vanished upon reaching the horizon, indicating it\u2019s different from video glare or other artifacts seen later on. I have ruled out airplanes, Starlink, video artifacts, and shooting stars.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Second Video \u2013 Weaker Evidence, But Still Relevant:<\/strong><br \/>\nImmediately after spotting the orb, I noticed more orbs in the sky, which I initially took for stars or planes. There were indeed numerous stars visible that night, but my dashcam failed to capture any of them due to its low-quality sensor and glare issues. In reviewing the footage, the camera did register the stationary lights but not a single star.
