I’d like to share something unusual I’ve observed in the sky lately. <\/p>\n
On March 7th and March 10th, around 1 PM, I spotted a strange flat object in the North Austin, Texas hill country. Unfortunately, I didn’t manage to get a photo, as these sightings happen too quickly, and I’m not sure a picture would capture what I’m seeing effectively.<\/p>\n
My initial thought is that it could be a trapezoidal sheet of aluminum flying a couple of thousand feet up\u2014perhaps something swept up by a tornado that I wasn\u2019t aware of. This is the second time I\u2019ve noticed this object; it glides smoothly across the sky, and while I can’t confirm if its underside is reflective, I see only the sky and maybe one or two edges. It almost seems cloaked. When the object dips, especially when it moves closer, I do get a clearer view of its shape.<\/p>\n
There\u2019s no visible means of propulsion, and it maintains a flat profile as it continues in the same direction. While it doesn’t seem to exhibit playful behavior, it occasionally dips or does quick movements that reveal its top side briefly. It’s puzzling and intriguing.
