The lights pulsed and shifted positions erratically. If these were indeed flares released from an aircraft, one would expect the plane to circle the area, raising questions about their origin.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve worked here for a long time, but I\u2019ve never seen anything like this before.
