What’s the latest with Tom DeLonge? I’ve noticed he’s been pretty quiet lately, and it’s got me wondering if anyone else has any theories about his silence. I’m aware of TTS and his ongoing efforts, but it’s concerning that just as he was gaining momentum, he seems to have gone quiet.<\/p>\n

In one of his interviews with George Knapp, he mentioned that if he suddenly falls silent, it might be because someone told him, “now isn\u2019t the time.” That definitely raises some questions.<\/p>\n

What do you all think?<\/p>\n

Edit 2: I’m currently listening to “Paperthin” and I’m starting to think it might relate to how he’s feeling restricted by an NDA. Looking at the lyrics with that perspective, lines like \u201cI took your heart, and made it mine. I do my best to defy it\u2014call it pleasure, but it feels like pain\u201d seem to represent his struggle with a tough situation. The line \u201c\u2026and now you know I\u2019m paper thin\u201d feels like a call to read between the lines\u2014he might be deeper into it than we realize.
