What exactly is “disclosure”?<\/p>\n
As aptly put by u\/MedicatedGorilla: “I think many of you are likely familiar with the term ‘Havana Syndrome,’ but\u2026 I\u2019ve noticed that some are frustrated because disclosure hasn’t officially occurred yet and seems to be proceeding too slowly.”<\/em><\/p>\n While this sentiment resonates, I find myself curious about why quotations are used around a syndrome with distinct medical or behavioral implications, yet the term “disclosure” is often taken for granted, despite its varied interpretations.<\/p>\n You\u2019d think everyone knows what “disclosure” means, right?<\/p>\n Actually, I\u2019m not so sure. What does “disclosure” mean to you in a specific and tangible way?<\/p>\n From my perspective\u2014and I believe many here might share this understanding\u2014”disclosure” encompasses the following three or four points:<\/p>\n The government publicly acknowledges facts that have previously been kept from the public, using clear and straightforward language.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n It provides (a) physical evidence supporting those claims, such as proof of a “vehicle,” “crash debris,” “alien technology,” or “extraterrestrial materials,” and\/or (b) “biologics” that include living organisms, deceased specimens, or biological components that demonstrate anatomy, structure, cellular makeup, or genetic material that is clearly different from any known terrestrial life.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Especially regarding “angelic” or “psionic” phenomena, this involves multisensory observations of at least two events that exhibit a level of “strangeness,” “physical impossibility,” or “weirdness” that cannot be rationalized by existing physical or psychological theories, and cannot be dismissed due to coincidence, misinterpretation, vagueness, or insufficient detail.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n Ultimately, all evidence should be presented in a manner that allows other experts, laboratories, and institutions to examine it independently and draw their own conclusions or verify government claims.<\/p>\n Importantly, this definition does not hinge on peripheral matters, such as the legitimacy of MJ-12, the guilt or innocence of any parties involved, or the whereabouts of evidence held privately.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"\n
