They gradually appeared, brightened, and then faded as they moved across the sky. I observed this phenomenon for about 30 minutes, and the accompanying photos were taken with exposures of 15 to 30 seconds. This isn\u2019t the first time I&#8217;ve spotted these lights in this area, and I can confidently say they are not aircraft.
