They&#8217;re definitely not planes (no aviation lights are visible, and they don&#8217;t appear on radar), and they&#8217;re too high up for drones. <\/p>\n<p>After zooming in, tonight\u2019s video captured what looks like a spinning, colorful orb of plasma.
