Burchett Claims Aliens Operate Underwater Bases on Earth<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rep. Tim Burchett (R-Tenn.) expressed his belief on Wednesday that extraterrestrial beings have established bases beneath the oceans of our planet.<\/p>\n

“I truly believe that travel across light years is plausible in the immense universe created by God. The light we see from distant stars today left those stars before the time of Christ,” Burchett shared during an appearance on former Rep. Matt Gaetz\u2019s One America News program, a segment featured by Mediaite.<\/p>\n

Earlier in April, following a classified briefing on Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP), commonly known as UFOs, Burchett suggested that the government might be deliberately withholding information regarding these phenomena from the public. “I suspect there\u2019s a cover-up,” he stated at that time.<\/p>\n

Burchett emphasized the significant financial investment\u2014tens of millions of dollars\u2014made in investigating these events, noting that departments have indicated they possess recovery units, yet full reports remain under wraps. “Everything\u2019s covered up,” he lamented.<\/p>\n

In summer 2023, after a series of hearings where multiple whistleblowers alleged that the government concealed details about advanced technology of foreign or extraterrestrial origin, Burchett called for further investigation by the intelligence community\u2019s inspector general. <\/p>\n

\u201cWhen I hear about something moving underwater at hundreds of miles per hour, and an admiral confirming it, that’s a compelling case. This particular incident involved an object as large as a football field,\u201d Burchett remarked on Wednesday.<\/p>\n

In 2023, Burchett also spearheaded an initiative to form a UAP caucus in the House and has been part of a bipartisan group of lawmakers advocating for increased transparency from military officials concerning UAP knowledge.<\/p>\n
