There was an object floating nearby that appeared to be spinning in an odd pattern. It looked like it was fluctuating in size, shrinking and then expanding again. I\u2019d estimate it was around 300 feet in the air.<\/p>\n<p>The object seemed to drift slightly westward but didn&#8217;t appear to rise higher than its initial altitude.
