Recently, he was heading back home from Scotland when he hit a snag \u2014 either a closed motorway or a traffic jam (I can\u2019t remember which). So, he decided to take a route through Northumberland in the countryside. <\/p>\n<p>Around 1 in the morning, he noticed a green light hovering just above or within the clouds. To his astonishment, it shot off at an incredible speed, going from a complete standstill to over 200 mph in less than a second.
