While taking a break from driving and enjoying a chicken sandwich near the Colorado-New Mexico border, I witnessed something remarkable. <\/p>\n<p>I used Adobe Illustrator to recreate the distinct saucer shape I saw. I had just a few seconds to observe it, but instead of fumbling for my camera, I quickly reached for my binoculars, and before I knew it, the UFO vanished. <\/p>\n<p>The saucer&#8217;s shadow crossed over a large, low-hanging cloud from right to left for about three seconds. The shape was unmistakably saucer-like, much like what I sketched. As it moved into the blue sky, it simply faded away, just as a shadow does.
