Hal Puthoff and Paul Shoulders began their work on Extraordinarily Vortex Objects (EVOs) in 1976, with Shoulders suggesting a relationship between EVOs and the Hutchison Effect. Notably, Dr. Eric Davis has conducted research on ball lightning that references Shoulders\u2019 work, alongside the psi research of Andrija Puharich, associated with the MKUltra program.<\/p>\n
