I’ve Spent Too Much Time in UFO Communities…<\/p>\n
I’ve been so absorbed in UFO communities that I’ve lost sight of the fact that many “normies” out there still view us as a joke.<\/p>\n
Recently, I made a post on a mainstream subreddit\u2014now deleted\u2014where I shared clips from the David Grusch testimony and insights from other whistleblowers. I believed that the audience there was generally intelligent and open-minded, and I genuinely sought their thoughts on the “UFO question.” <\/p>\n
To my dismay, I was met with immediate mockery and scorn, particularly from individuals I once respected. I\u2019d estimate that about 99.9% of the respondents didn\u2019t even take the time to watch the clips I shared; instead, they went straight to insults.<\/p>\n
No one offered a coherent explanation for why numerous former and current government officials have come forward to assert that non-human intelligences (NHI) exist and that there\u2019s a cover-up involved. I was simply dismissed, called out for being just like a conspiracy theorist in a tinfoil hat, or someone who believes in QAnon or flat Earth theories.<\/p>\n
In contrast, it seems that within the UFO\/UAP communities, there\u2019s at least a consensus that something unusual is happening. We may argue over specifics\u2014nuts-and-bolts versus the woo, the credibility of certain whistleblowers versus the notion of them being frauds\u2014but we agree on the presence of something.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s striking to realize that even though we might be in the midst of a slow but steady disclosure process, many people remain unaware and treat discussions about UFOs with the same hostility as they would a controversial political or religious topic.<\/p>\n
I’ve come to understand that humanity still has a long journey ahead before we\u2019re truly ready for disclosure.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
