It was moving fast and at a high altitude. <\/p>\n<p>My wife and I were at Kite Beach in Jumeirah when she noticed a bright light in the sky. It seemed to be hovering around cloud level, or just below it. I\u2019m not an expert on drones, but it appeared to be too high and didn\u2019t exhibit the typical flight patterns of a drone. The lights also didn\u2019t match what you\u2019d expect from a drone.
