As the title suggests, do you share this topic with your friends and family? Personally, I found it challenging to open up. I kept it to myself, holding out hope that one day something tangible would emerge that wouldn\u2019t make me seem unusual. I\u2019m aware of my issue, but it still feels like a niche subject.
