To my surprise, there was an object floating alongside, appearing to spin or rotate in an odd manner. It looked like it would shrink down to a smaller size before expanding again. I would estimate it was about 300 feet in the air.  <\/p>\n<p>The object seemed to drift slightly westward but didn&#8217;t ascend any higher than its initial altitude.
