They observed what appeared to be a plane or aerial object with the following characteristics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Short body in comparison to its wing width<\/li>\n<li>Emitting a very bright white light, not aligned with its flight direction<\/li>\n<li>Olive green in color<\/li>\n<li>Front lights were red and green<\/li>\n<li>Faint white lights on the leading edges of the wings<\/li>\n<li>Appeared to be flying at a low altitude<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>While this seems to resemble an earthly aircraft, I suspect it may be military in nature. Despite having 20 years of active duty experience, I\u2019m struggling to identify what it could be. <\/p>\n<p>For context, Michigan is home to a couple of Air National Guard bases, and sightings of fighter jets are relatively common in the northern regions. In the south, transport aircraft are also seen frequently, yet I can\u2019t recall anything that matches this description.<\/p>\n<p>I apologize for the vague time and date.
