However, are there any valid reasons for keeping the phenomenon a secret from the public? For instance, what if it turned out that the secrecy was due to the potential for widespread panic and chaos if people learned the truth, possibly disrupting the already fragile peace we have on Earth? Would you still advocate for disclosure, even with such potential consequences?<\/p>\n<p>Personally, I feel that we, as human beings, deserve to know if we are being visited by otherworldly entities. However, if I were privy to insider information and learned that the reason for withholding disclosure was to prevent panic over an impending threat\u2014like an alien mothership set to destroy our planet in 2030\u2014would I still push for full transparency?
