This secretive facility, located in Nevada, is rumored to house remnants from the 1947 Roswell incident and the 1953 Kingman crash, including a UFO described as resembling “black, liquid mercury” and a so-called “future human” called Chi’el’ah. Or so the story goes.

Michael Schratt, a private pilot and aerospace researcher, contends that this case is one of the most significant in the history of UFOs, with potentially groundbreaking implications. In a presentation in 2011, he discussed Dr. Dan Burisch and his alleged time at the secretive S-4 facility, the same site Bob Lazar purportedly worked at. “The insights, sketches, and illustrations in this presentation stemmed directly from Dr. Burisch’s account,” Schratt noted.

Who is Dr. Dan Burisch?

Schratt explains that Dr. Burisch was a prodigy, becoming the youngest member of the Los Angeles Microscopical Society. He earned his Bachelor’s degrees in Biological Sciences and Psychology in the mid-80s and completed his Ph.D. at Stony Brook University in 1989. According to Schratt, it was Dr. Edward Teller who allegedly facilitated Bob Lazar’s hire at EG&G, allowing him to begin work at S-4.

Dr. Burisch’s background is intriguing. He served as a biowarfare expert during the Gulf War in 1991 and obtained a Q clearance at S-4 in 1994, beginning work on what he referred to as Project Aquarius.

What is Project Aquarius?

“Project Aquarius encompasses all aspects of human interaction with extraterrestrial beings,” Schratt claimed as he began detailing the structure of the S-4 facility. According to him, the complex features five levels, with the first four located underground.

“They possess hardware, biological samples, film reels, as well as audio and visual materials—all here.” Schratt described the hangars: Hangar 1 housed what Lazar referred to as the “Sport Model” or P45, while Hangar 2 potentially contained a similar vehicle or an ARV (alien reproduction vehicle). Hangar 3 is said to hold the Roswell craft, which was covered, preventing Burisch from viewing its form. Hangars 4 and 5 housed the P52 Orion craft and were empty, respectively. Hangar 6 displayed a human-made version of the Roswell craft. Hangar 8 reportedly contained a black isosceles triangle aircraft, referred to as the “licorice drop.” Meanwhile, Hangar 9 remained vacant.

Schratt also conducted a virtual tour of Level 1, sharing eye-opening information about the “isosceles triangle” craft that resembled “black, liquid mercury.” He asserted, “We have three independent individuals confirming the same details. Bob Lazar acknowledged the existence of S-4 back in the late 80s, while Dr. Burisch has also corroborated its existence. Additionally, Bill Uhouse worked on simulation technology at both facilities.”

Key Insights from Burisch about Level 1

Dr. Burisch established that Hangars 1 through 7 held extraterrestrial vehicles. “The only alien vehicle is in Hangar 8, as there is a distinction between extraterrestrials and aliens,” he explained, adding that Hangar 8’s craft appeared to be made of a material resembling “black, liquid mercury.”

The P45 craft, famously referenced by Bob Lazar, allegedly measured 52 feet in diameter and stood 16 feet high, featuring a sleek, polished aluminum exterior. Its interior was organized into three levels, highlighting three gravity amplifiers on the bottom level. The middle deck was home to three small seats, believed to be unsuitable for human occupants, alongside an

Is the S4 Base Real or a Hoax?
