I just had a mysterious sighting while walking my dogs at 9:30. I noticed a bright orange light in the cloudy sky, which caught my attention since I couldn’t see any stars. As it approached, I saw it had blinking white lights and bright orange underlights. It was so bright that I could almost make out its shape\u2014it looked like a large drone or possibly a flying car.<\/p>\n
The object flew directly over the farm where I live before moving away slowly. I didn’t have my phone on me, and I was so captivated that I didn’t want to leave to get it. I live in Missouri, close to a small airport, but this definitely didn’t resemble any planes I know. We often hear planes and helicopters overhead, but not at night.<\/p>\n
I consider myself a skeptic and don\u2019t want to jump to conclusions about aliens, but honestly, I have no idea what that was. It made very little noise, just a barely audible hum. There’s a highway nearby, but it’s usually pretty noisy with traffic and aviation.<\/p>\n
I’m left wondering why something would fly so slowly and low over my farm. It\u2019s left me perplexed and a little in awe. <\/p>\n
