Looking for some insights!<\/p>\n
Does anyone have an idea of what I captured in this photo? Yesterday evening, my family and I noticed a bright white light near the moon. We grabbed our son’s amateur telescope and tried to focus on it using a basic phone attachment. After a while, the light turned red and shrank to the point where we could no longer see it. The large cigar-shaped object in the center also became harder to distinguish as it got smaller.<\/p>\n
When looking through the scope, we noticed some distinct lights or round objects at the edges, while the cigar shape appeared more solid. I\u2019m curious if anyone else saw the white light beside the moon, as this is what we observed through the telescope. I\u2019m really eager to identify it!<\/p>\n
